Equine-assisted therapy is a proven tool for treating youth experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or trauma-related symptoms.  Additionally, equine therapy has proven to be effective in cultivating greater self-awareness, self-efficacy, and confidence. Experiencing the horse and human connection can lead teenagers to a better understanding of the social world.

  • 8 week program

  • Small group setting

  • Free to attend.  $75 deposit to register will be reimbursed on first day​

• High School Students

  • 8 week program 

  • Small group setting

  • Free to attend, $75 deposit to register will be reimbursed on first day

• Sessions are run by a licensed therapist who is trained in equine therapy

• Meetings will be held at Sky View Farm at 1705 Outter Marker Road, Castle Rock, CO 80108​ (weather dependent)
